Our company has roots away over time, from grandparents to grandchildren for more than 50 years, the experience, care and passion in producing a cheese is handed down that still maintains the same characteristics of the past. In arting in the 60s with the only artisan dairy, we progressed in the 80s in processing, using milk from the stable created by our family on the owned goods.
D to 2005 we renewed our breeding, inserting the “free stabation” system, to improve the welfare of the animal. The cattle are no longer bound and is free to move, eat, rest in its berths without constraints, and stress on the part of the breeder.
U na company complete because it can be defined in a closed cycle, ending with the breeding of pigs, which are fed with natural whey from milk processing.
